ORA-02148: EXCLUSIVE specified multiple times

Cause: The EXCLUSIVE option was specified in a CREATE DATABASE statement multiple times. See the solution below.

Error solution: Only specify the EXCLUSIVE option once.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
