ORA-03296: cannot resize datafile – file string not found

Cause: The specified datafile is not available for resizing. See the solution below.

Error solution: Ensure that the datafile name is valid, and if so, ensure the file is accessible.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
