ORA-07258: spdcr: fork error, unable to create process.

Cause: An error occurred when creating a new process. See the solution below.

Error solution: Check errno. Perhaps a system limit on the number of processes has been exceeded.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
