ORA-07481: snlmatt: cannot attach to lock manager instance.

Cause: lm_attach failed to attach to lock manager instance. See the solution below.

Error solution: Check result code in sercerrno. Possible lock manager failure.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
