ORA-09700: sclin: maximum number of latches exceeded

Cause: ORACLE wants to use more latches then available. See the solution below.

Error solution: increase INIT.ORA parameter latch_pages or decrease the amount of shared memory you are using.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
