ORA-09715: orasrv: cannot obtain puname

Cause: Orasrv cannot obtain the name of the PU. (Possible OS error) See the solution below.

Error solution: Check if the PUs are named (consistend).

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
