ORA-09752: pw_attachPorts: port_allocate failed.

Cause: The port_allocate system call failed; possible resource exhaustion. See the solution below.

Error solution: Check return code in sercerrno, report to Oracle customer support.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
