ORA-09943: Allocation of memory for password list component failed.

Cause: When it is building a list of password file entries, ORACLE allocates memory for various components. One of the allocations failed. See the solution below.

Error solution: Check the operating system error number. The system has probably run out of memory.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
