ORA-12005: may not schedule automatic refresh for times in the past

Cause: An attempt was made to schedule an automated materialized view refresh for a time in the past. See the solution below.

Error solution: Choose a time in the future instead.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
