ORA-12058: materialized view cannot use prebuilt table

Cause: An attempt was made to use the prebuilt tables. See the solution below.

Error solution: Reissue the SQL command using BUILD IMMEDIATE or BUILD DEFERRED.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
