ORA-12440: insufficient authorization for the SYSDBA package

Cause: The use of the SYSDBA package requires the LBAC_DBA role. See the solution below.

Error solution: Grant the LBAC_DBA role to the database user.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
