ORA-13016: specified topology [string] is invalid

Cause: The specified topology did not exist in the database, or some components of the topology were missing from the database. See the solution below.

Error solution: Check the specified topology by executing the SDO_TOPO.validate_topology function.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
