ORA-13115: [string]_EDGE$ table does not exist

Cause: The EDGE$ table for the topology did not exist in the database. See the solution below.

Error solution: There is a severe corruption of the topology. Call Oracle Support Services with the error number.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
