ORA-13428: invalid modelCoordinateLocation

Cause: The program [or user] specified a modelCoordinateLocation that is not supported, or the modelCoordinateLocation of the GeoRaster object was wrong. See the solution below.

Error solution: Set or specify the modelCoordinateLocation to be CENTER (0) or UPPERLEFT (1).
