ORA-13714: “string” is not a valid SQL_ID value

Cause: The specified value of SQL_ID was not properly formatted. See the solution below.

Error solution: Specify a valid value consisting of a 13 character string with characters from '0' to '9' and from 'a' to 'z'.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
