ORA-13867: Database-wide SQL tracing is already enabled

Cause: Attempt to enable a database-level tracing which has been already enabled See the solution below.

Error solution: Disable and re-enable tracing with different bind/wait options

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
