ORA-13910: Parameter string cannot be NULL.

Cause: An attempt was made to call GET_THRESHOLD procedure without a required parameter. See the solution below.

Error solution: Specify a valid value for this parameter.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
