ORA-15485: number of volumes in diskgroup exceeds the maximum of string

Cause: A volume was added on a diskgroup that already contained the maximum number allowed. See the solution below.

Error solution: Remove volumes on the diskgroup.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
