ORA-16619: condition for fast-start failover is already enabled

Cause: The condition specified for fast-start failover was already enabled. See the solution below.

Error solution: No action is required. Use the DGMGRL CLI SHOW FAST_START FAILOVER command to see the conditions that are enabled.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
