ORA-19623: file string is open

Cause: A SWITCHTOCOPY operation specified a datafile copy whose parent datafile is open. See the solution below.

Error solution: Take the owning tablespace offline or close the database, then retry the operation.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
