ORA-19643: datafile string: incremental-start SCN is too recent

Cause: The incremental-start SCN which was specified when starting an incremental datafile backup is greater than the datafile checkpoint SCN, which could cause some blocks to be missed. See the solution below.

Error solution: Specify a smaller incremental-start SCN.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
