ORA-19651: cannot apply offline-range record to datafile string: SCN mismatch

Cause: APPLYOFFLINERANGE cannot apply an offline-range record to a target datafile unless the datafile's checkpoint SCN exactly matches the offline-clean SCN in the specified offline-range record. See the solution below.

Error solution: Specify an offline-range record whose offline-clean SCN matches the target datafile's checkpoint.
