ORA-22603: cannot add an attribute to the already generated TDS handle

Cause: Attempt to add an attribute to the already constructed TDS. See the solution below.

Error solution: Use a TDS handle that is initialized but not yet constructed.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
