ORA-24194: attempt to read data in a message as the wrong type

Cause: According to JMS specification, some type conversions were not allowed. See the solution below.

Error solution: Make sure to use the correct READ function to retrieve message data.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
