ORA-24804: Lob read/write functions called while another OCI LOB read/write streaming is in progress

Cause: Internal error. See the solution below.

Error solution: Wait for the ongoing LOB streaming call to finish before issuing the next server call, or use OCIBreak() abort the current LOB streaming call.
