ORA-25028: regular trigger body can not start with keyword COMPOUND

Cause: Regular triggers body should start with BEGIN/DECLARE etc . See the solution below.

Error solution: Fix the syntax and recompile.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
