ORA-25128: No insert/update/delete on table with constraint (string.string) disabled and validated

Cause: Try to insert/update/delete on table with DISABLE VALIDATE constraint. See the solution below.

Error solution: Change the constraint's states.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
