ORA-26102: relative file # in file header is string rather than string for file string

Cause: The relative file number in the file header is inconsistent with that in the control file. See the solution below.

Error solution: Check if the control file has been migrated correctly. Retry with the correct control file and data file.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
