ORA-26698: string did not have a string rule set

Cause: The STREAMS client does not have a rule set of the indicated type. See the solution below.

Error solution: Verify that the Streams client has a rule set of the specified type, and retry the operation.

Database version: Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2)
