Cause: An attempt was made to split a STREAMS Capture process that could not be split. That is, the STREAMS Capture process either had less than two subscribers, or it was not the only STREAMS Capture process of its queue. See the solution below.
Error solution: Wait until the STREAMS Capture process can be split.
