Cause: The ROWID cache for Heterogeneous Services held no entry that corresponds to the specified ROWID. The ROWID entry may have been overwritten in the ROWID cache. See the solution below.
Error solution: Enlarge the Heterogeneous Services ROWID cache size by increasing the value of the Heterogenous Services initialization parameter HS_ROWID_CACHE_SIZE.
